This impressive National Law firm goes from strength to strength. Due to ambitious growth, they have a fantastic opportunity for either a Senior Marketing/Business Development Executive or Manager to play a significant part in spearheading growth for their expanding Sheffield Office.

This pivotal role will see you drive and support across a broad range of Marketing & Business Development (MBD) programmes and Client Development initiatives, ultimately enhancing the Firms market profile and attracting and retaining profitable business for the firm.

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with the Office Managing Partner and group leaders within the firm to deliver the MBD strategy and priorities for the group on a local level across the South Yorkshire marketplace.

Take responsibility for Marketing & BD support across a national sector / service line encouraging collaboration, innovation and client service delivery. 

Manage the firm’s work referrers relationships in the local market and attend local networking events, ensuring opportunities are identified and maximised.

Provide contribution to ensure all major pitches are effectively handled, coaching partners and lawyers involved in major business development activity.

Drive sector cross-sharing, client targeting and participate in key client programmes.

Create thought provoking marketing campaigns, events and client development activity: connecting clients to opportunities and engaging on headline agendas.

Support and coach partners through the business development cycle ensuring they have the appropriate tools to win work and advance relationships.

The ideal candidate:

Must be able to demonstrate a broad mix of Marketing & Business Development skills gained within a Professional Services or corporate B2B environment.

Have an understanding of the Sheffield and South Yorkshire region including key industries, businesses and networking opportunities.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and industry professionals.

Possess strong partner and senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Be able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels.

Proven Event techniques and Webinar skills.

Ideally some working knowledge of the Legal sector would be beneficial but not essential.
