This International Law Firm who partner with leading enterprises, corporates and start-ups have a great career opportunity within their central Marketing & Business Development (MBD) function.
Supporting the Firm’s Litigation & Dispute Management practice, you will lead and deliver an array of interesting and challenging Marketing & BD projects that help shape client relationships, enhance market profile and win new business globally.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with the Senior MBD Manager to help formulate and drive forward the marketing strategy for the practice.
Develop and embed thought leadership campaigns and marketing initiatives that enhance the Firm’s reputation in key segments of the market.
Produce and update best in class, practice-based marketing collateral focused on identified client opportunities.
Project manage and deliver client facing events, tracking ROI and focusing on KPI’s.
Support lawyers and key partners in client targeting and business development initiatives.
Identify and interpret market/client trends converting them into actionable campaigns, client conversations and sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate:
Sound commercial awareness and a good understanding of business development and marketing principles.
Experience of managing, influencing and gaining the confidence of senior stakeholders and colleagues.
Strong analytical skills and be comfortable using market/client insights to drive growth.
A team player with a passion and ambition to develop a real competitive advantage in this exciting marketplace.
Legal / Professional Services sector expertise is desirable.
Prior exposure to the Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Management space would be beneficial, but not essential for interview.
