This highly reputable international law firm recognised for investing in its people, have a fantastic opportunity for either a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Executive ready to step up to join their award-winning central team.
You’ll lead high-value bids and tenders across public & private sector clients, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape winning strategies and compelling submissions – from capability statements to complex, strategic bids.
Key responsibilities:
Advise and challenge legal teams on the decision to respond to bid opportunities.
Project manage the bid process, utilise the firm’s bid automated system to create and produce client focused content.
Working closely with the subject matter experts and relationship leads, manage the overall production of the bid.
Support the legal team through to presentation and debrief helping prepare, coach and mentor along the journey.
Support strategic projects and input into the continued development of systems and tender best practice.
Work with the wider Business Development team to develop and maintain the Firms library of pre-written content and credential materials.
The ideal candidate:
This varied role encompasses both managing the bid process and actually drafting the material so skills in both areas are essential.
Must possess strong writing / proofreading / editing skills and a keen attention to detail.
Possess good IT knowledge, tender portal skills, proven project management and communication skills.
Experience of working on public sector tenders and frameworks would be beneficial.
Experience of managing, influencing, and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
An understanding of pipeline management and reporting metrics.
Bid project management experience gained in a Professional Services environment – Law/Accountancy is preferred.
