Managaing a team, you will lead and deliver an array of interesting and challenging Marketing & BD projects that help shape client relationships, enhance market profile and win new business for this key practice.
Work closely with the practice group head / international leaders to devise and drive forward the Marketing / BD strategy within the practice.
Develop and embed campaigns and activities that enhance the practice’s reputation in key segments of the market.
Initiate and implement revenue generating activities focused on identified client opportunities.
Encourage, develop, and ‘empower’ team members to own projects, engage in client development activities and build personal relationships with fee earners.
Identify and interpret market/client trends converting them into actionable campaigns, client conversations and sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate:
Sound commercial awareness and a good understanding of business development and marketing principles.
Experience of managing, influencing and gaining the confidence of senior stakeholders and colleagues.
Strong analytical skills and be comfortable using market/client insights to drive growth initiatives and further enhance reputations of individuals and the wider practice/firm
Proven people management and development skills.

Legal sector and / or real estate/property/construction advisory is desirable.
