Marketing Manager – Consulting

This Top 10 Financial Services and Consulting Firm are looking to grow their Business Transformation consulting service line. 

This faced paced role provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to be instrumental in creating a new brand identity and marketing strategy for this key area of the business.

Key responsibilities:

Work alongside the head of business transformation and wider consulting solutions teams to develop a go to market strategy through joined up campaigns and communications with a focus on key industries.

Work closely with the central marketing function to create content and campaign material.

Lead on social media activity and online branding.

Identify and evaluate potential new marketing opportunities   which support the targeting activity of the team.

Monitor and report ROI from all marketing activity to share successes and shape future plans.

Take the lead on knowledge sharing and internal communications for the solution.

Help identify key accounts within Business Transformations that need account plans and support.  

Compile and own the marketing budget for the group.

The ideal candidate:

Sound commercial awareness and a good understanding of the fundamentals of marketing and BD, ideally gained within a consultancy or professional services environment.

Experience gained at a manager level, particularly in lead generation marketing and campaign management.

A credible and confident communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to work effectivity with individuals at all levels within the firm.

Experience of managing large projects and multiple relationships.

A team player with a passion and ambition to develop a real competitive advantage in this ever-changing marketplace.
