Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and relevant partner stakeholders, you will drive forward an array of interesting and challenging Marketing & BD projects that help shape client relationships, enhance market profile and win new business for this key practice.
Develop and implement profile raising and growth initiatives that will assist in realising growth in the practice.
Support in the development and delivery of omnichannel marketing campaigns using the full range of routes to market.
Develop tailored proposals and pitches.
Compile legal directory submissions and other data for league tables and industry awards.
Project manage large scale strategic events.
Provide business intelligence on key competitors and marketplace trends, identifying ways of gaining a competitive advantage in the market.
Challenge traditional marketing techniques and embrace technology and cutting-edge approaches to drive connectivity to the firm’s client base.
The ideal candidate:
Sound commercial awareness and a good understanding of business development and marketing principles.
A proven track record of delivering and conceiving marketing and BD pans, campaigns, and initiatives.
Experience of managing, influencing and gaining the confidence of senior stakeholders and colleagues.
Strong analytical skills and be comfortable using market/client insights to drive growth initiatives and further enhance reputations of individuals and the wider practice/firm
Proven experience using a CRM platform.
A team player with a passion and ambition to develop a real competitive advantage in this exciting marketplace.
Legal sector and / or real estate/property/construction advisory is desirable.
