Create and deliver regional business development plans in line with the firm’s national strategy.
Work with partners and directors to generate target driven business development opportunities with ROI measures and accountability.
Develop and deliver high impact marketing and business development campaigns that drive growth, relationship development and enhance client experience.
Support and coach Partners through the BD cycle ensuring they have the appropriate tools to win work and advance relationships.
Drive an account planning approach on priority targets in the region.
Strategically support high value bids and a key events programme.
Adopt the role of brand champion, ensuring all regional communications are brand compliant and in support of the firm’s communication strategy.
Drive the active use of social media.

Will have a proven track record of delivering strategic business development and marketing campaigns with a results focus, gained in the professional services sector.
Have a real passion for developing relationships and creating strong client experience.
Having commercial knowledge of the Cambridge/Midlands region would be beneficial but not essential for interview.
