This ambitious law firm are expanding and have a great career opportunity for an experienced CRM professional to join their central marketing function.

Working closely with a variety of senior stakeholders, Partners and key members of the marketing/BD leadership team, you will oversee the implementation of a new CRM platform and drive a culture of excellence in client relationship management across the firm.

Key responsibilities:

Support and roll out a new CRM system working closely with IT and the wider Marketing/BD project team.

Responsible for the development of a firmwide data & client relationship strategy.

Drive a culture of CRM excellence raising awareness of the benefits of its adoption and use.

Develop and implement easy to use user-process and user guidelines hosting regular training sessions and CRM roadshows.

Manage and maintain data including overseeing input and extraction data analyses.

Work closely with the BD team to support the firm’s client development and growth programme.

Work closely with the Head of Digital on CRM website and e-mail marketing integration.

Manage the relationships with external agencies and internal teams to ensure data administration tasks are carried out.

The ideal candidate:

Experience working with a CRM system ideally within the Professional Services sector – legal / accountancy.

Experience of using Microsoft dynamics, Salesforce or Interaction CRM platforms.

Strong data management and data analysis kills.

Proven database and data warehouse knowledge.

Confident dealing with senior stakeholders with the ability to influence and persuade.

Strong project management and attention to detail skills.

Good understanding of client development and the wider BD/Marketing mix in a Professional Services environment.
