Within this high-profile role you will be responsible for devising and delivering the firms Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) engagement plan internally and externally positioning the organisation as a truly inclusive global business law firm.

Working as part of a collaborative team you will be exposed to ongoing profile-raising, storytelling, strengthening internal/external client relationships and delivery of multi-channel communication campaigns aligned to the firm’s D&I vision, values, and strategy.

Key responsibilities:

Build and manage the D&I engagement plan working closely with the Communications and Responsible Business team.

Align people network communication plans with the D&I engagement plan to ensure the firm has a drumbeat of engagement around D&I.

Manage the international D&I intranet site driving people to keep up to date with D&I initiatives.

Manage the production of D&I news, videos, presentations and other cutting-edge content.

Integrate with digital, social and PR plans as appropriate.

Lead on delivery of D&I reporting and insights

Draft and enter D&I awards submission on behalf of the firm internationally.

The ideal candidate:

Have a demonstrable track record in delivering effective multi-channel communications.

Proven experience working with intranets and social channels.

Have supported and implemented firm wide engagement projects and initiatives.

Sound commercial awareness and a good understanding of business development and marketing principles.

Exposure to / delivered D&I engagement / communications campaigns desirable, but not essential for interview.
