Business Development Executive

Bristol / Leeds - Hybrid Working

This leading commercial law firm are expanding and have a great career opportunity for an enthusiastic BD Executive to join the team.

Working closely with a variety of senior stakeholders, partners and members of the marketing/BD leadership team, you will help the firm develop market knowledge and maintain brand profile across key sectors.

Key responsibilities:

Support and implement business plans, profile raising and growth initiatives across various legal departments.  

Provide business intelligence on key competitors and marketplace trends, identifying ways of gaining a competitive advantage in the market.

Support in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across events/conferences, PR, digital, social media and internal communication channels.  

Support and develop key strategic relationships and BD proposals.

Help compile legal directory submissions and other data for league tables and industry awards.

Update key client information on the firms CRM system.

The ideal candidate:

Experience in a business development, marketing or client account management role within the professional services sector.

A good understanding of business development / marketing principles.

Experience supporting and delivering marketing and BD plans, campaigns, and initiatives.

Experience of managing, influencing and gaining the confidence of senior stakeholders and colleagues.

Strong analytical skills and be comfortable using market/client insights to help drive growth initiatives and further enhance reputations of individuals and the wider practice/firm

Proven experience using a CRM platform.
